I specialise in working with individuals and couples who are facing various mental health and relational challenges, such as trauma, narcissistic abuse, depression, and anxiety, infidelity, loss of intimacy, etc.  With 15 years’ experience working with mental health charities, education and in corporate environments, I am committed to helping my clients develop a deep sense of self-awareness. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and desires. Together, we will explore the underlying roots of your behaviour, aiming to uncover the patterns that may be holding you back from living the life you truly desire.
