About

Life is not always plain sailing and through my own experiences I have found that counselling encourages understanding of ourselves, which then allows us move forward and grow as individuals. Counselling can be life changing for anyone who is open to receiving it. I am an integrative counsellor with a person-centred core, who has been working with adults and young people since 2015. I pride myself on listening to each individual client and understand them for who they are. Whether it’s short or long term I believe that I can help you achieve whatever outcome you feel you need.

I work in an education setting working with young people with many different needs, including, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem and much more. I have experience working with adults that experience hardship, relationship issues, anxiety, low moods/depression, trauma and some that are just overwhelmed with life. Whatever the struggle I am here to walk alongside you through your journey to a place where you can feel more empowered and happier.
