About

I am a therapist with over 20 years of experience in helping individuals and families overcome life’s challenges and reach their full potential. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to the highest ethical standards, ensuring a safe, professional, and confidential space for all my clients.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in a wide range of environments, from community-based initiatives with Home-Start to working directly with children and young people in educational settings. I’ve also had the invaluable experience of supporting vulnerable callers as a counsellor with Childline, which has deepened my understanding of the unique pressures young people face today.

My work is centred around empowering individuals, particularly children, young people, and families. I have a deep understanding of how social, emotional, and mental health challenges can impact a person’s well-being, and my goal is to offer compassionate, practical support tailored to each individual's needs.

I create a safe, confidential space for you to explore your emotions, challenges, and experiences. Together, we can work through complex issues like abortion, abuse, anxiety, bereavement, childhood trauma, depression, relationship struggles, and more. Whether you're grappling with life transitions, mental health challenges, or difficult personal situations, I’m here to help you navigate them with empathy and understanding.
